For the last eight years he was a Director in the ABF The Soldiers\u2019 Charity.<br><br>As a proud Jerseyman, with family ties going back to the 13th Century, he will provide an overview of Jersey\u2019s history and significance, alongside other interesting facts and anecdotes. And yes, he will cover: Jersey potatoes &amp; cows, the German Occupation, as well as Bergerac who gained his \u2018spurs\u2019 as a detective in Jersey, before moving to Midsomer!<br><br>Hope to see you at this event \u2013 as they would say in Jersey French (J\u00e8rrais), \u201c\u00c0 tant\u00f4t.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center add-remove-bottom-space\">Bradfield Cricket Club Pavilion,<br> Heath Road, Bradfield Southend, RG7 6HH<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">(Car Parking Available)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">There is no entry fee, but a donation of \u00a34 per person towards expenses would be appreciated.
